I Am My Mother's Daughter

The other day I went to go take my nightly vitamins, and noticed I had forgotten to take my morning vitamins. So, I dumped the whole lot into my hand, and after staring at the pile for a minute I had a revealation: I am my mother's daughter. My mom is the supplement manager at a health food store, and she has one cupboard in her kitchen to which my husband lovingly refers to as "Carol's Pharmacy" because it is so chalk full of supplements. I am not really a "pill" person, but I have been converted to the value of suppplements, especially during pregnancy. So, bottoms up! Here is to health!
For any who might be interested the top row is Calcium/Magnesium, the second row is Potassium (for those darned leg cramps), and Vitamin B, third row is Prenatal Vitamins and Pantothenic Acid (which I've added more of, along with Evening Primrose Oil). I will be glad to give all (or at least most) of these up after baby is born.

Oh my, I wouldn't be able to remember to take all those pills, I have a hard enough time remembering to take my prenatal vitamins. I probably would choke on them as I tried to get them down:(

I can't even look. I took Flintstone's vitamins when I was pregnant...

I am gagging thinking about that many pills. You crack me up!! Only a few more weeks, can you just hardly wait to hold the sweetheart in your arms??

Wow, Lynn! Talk about taking one(or a dozen) for the team!
All I make the time for is to take a couple of my children's gummy vitamins. I mean, why should just the children have all the fun? I highly recommend them - after Masen's born, of course. ;-)
Which is, like, tomorrow? right? *wink*wink*

I love the kids quotes on the sides! Made me laugh, I need a laugh and to give birth right about now!

Hey, mom said you know how to get a good deal on vitamins. I take a chewable nature's plus vitamin every day because they were the cheapest but mom says they aren't that great.

By the way, this blog hasn't been updated in over a week! That just doesn't cut it Lynn! J/K
